Management Team
Don Anderson is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Don joined the Company in December of 2006 when he purchased the controlling interest in the Company from the Keller Family. Don has over 30 years of experience in various retail and service industries. Prior to joining Keller, Don was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. ("Leslie's") a national specialty retailer. Prior to Leslie's, Don was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Follett Higher Education Group, located in Oakbrook, Illinois, the nation's largest operator of University bookstores. Don also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Carr Gottstein Foods Co., (NYSE: CGF), Alaska's largest food and drug retailer and wholesale provider.
Duane Keller is Senior Vice President of Operations.
Duane has more than 35 years of experience in the electrical motor repair, industrial contracting, and motor control manufacturing and design industry and has been with the Company since its inception in 1982. Duane is a recognized industry leader and has extensive professional experience in all facets of the electrical industry including design services and testing procedures, water and waste water treatment, aggregate and commodity, mining operations, industrial power facilities, clean energy technology, system integration, instrumentation control and communication systems, AC & DC motor design and repair and calibration services.
Mike Butler is Manager of Repair Operations.
Mike joined the Company in July 2010 and has more than 35 years of experience in the industrial electrical apparatus industry and has tremendous professional experience in our industry. He has an extensive background with all types and sizes of electric motors, generators, transformers and blowers and he is a certified vibration analyst with the ability to use diagnostic techniques surrounding computerized vibration analysis, dynamic balancing and laser alignment. His professional experience includes projects and field work in the mining, power, and other industrial applications fields. He has been involved with a large number of sophisticated projects such as the project manager for an on-site rewind of a 100 megawatt steam turbine generator and the project manager for an on-site assembly and installation of two 8,000 HP synchronous motors.
Jim Everson is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Jim joined the Company in March of 2009. Prior to joining Keller, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of the private equity firm, Montage Holdings, LLC where he helped successfully lead the acquisition of four operating companies in various industries and several large real estate transactions. Prior to Montage, Jim was the Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at Capital Title Group (NASDAQ: CTGI), one of the largest publicly held real estate title and escrow service firms in the U.S. In addition, Jim has significant corporate finance experience with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, treasury management and private and public company reporting as Regional Controller at a Fortune 300 Company, Principal Financial Group (NYSE: PFG). Jim is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and began his career as an Audit Professional with Ernst & Young, LLP.
Steve Kain is Director of Engineering and Production Services
Steve joined the Company in June of 2009 and has been a professional electrical engineer (P.E.) since 1987. Besides Arizona, Steve is a licensed P.E. in CA, ID, NV, NM, CO, UT, OK, and AK. Since graduation from the University of Arizona in 1978, Steve has been involved in electrical, instrumentation and control system design, construction, start-up, and commissioning for numerous engineering firms and mining companies. Steve's experience includes water/wastewater, petroleum-chemical, semiconductor, material handling, projects for mining, municipal, and commercial clients. Most recently Steve was Manager of Electrical and I&C design for the M3 Engineering - Chandler, AZ office. He also previously served as the Director of Engineering for DLEC, an electrical and control systems design and integration firm focused on municipal water and wastewater projects. Steve’s professional affiliations include NSPE, NCEES, and ISA.
Chris Lynch is Director Business Development and Procurement.
Chris joined the Company in September of 2008. Prior to joining Keller, Chris was Vice President and CFO of DLT&V, one of the largest consulting electrical engineering firms in the Southwest. Chris was a founding partner of DL Engineering & Controls, Inc. and played an instrumental role in the acquisition and organizational merger between DL Engineering & Controls and TMV Systems Engineering to form the current DLT&V Systems Engineering, Inc. Chris has extensive professional experience in the management responsibility of systems and production flow, industrial process facilities, water supply systems, water and waste water treatment plants, instrumentation control systems and industrial communication systems.
Danny Morone' is Director of Operations for Repairs and Services.
Danny has more than 30 years of experience in the electrical motor repair and repair industry. Danny has extensive experience servicing all types and sizes of AC & DC electric motors, generators, transformers and blowers which include the use of diagnostic techniques surrounding computerized vibration analysis, dynamic balancing, laser alignment, transformer and switchgear repair and machining. Danny has extensive experience serving many industries including water, wastewater, aggregate and commodity, mining operations, industrial power facilities and clean energy technology.
Rob Rayl is Manager Manufacturing Services.
Rob joined the Company in July of 1991 and has more than 27 years of experience in the electrical repair and manufacturing industry. He has extensive experience in the design, manufacturing and system integration of control automation, motor controls centers, variable frequency drives, high voltage switchgear, PLCs and vacuum contactors. He oversees the Company's CAD design and supports services group responsible for Control System Troubleshooting, Calibration & Preventative Maintenance, functional testing, SCADA system troubleshooting and control system integration and design modifications. He also has significant experience in industrial transformer installations, testing and repair.
